Alumni-Student Mentoring Program
The Honors Alumni Mentoring Program fosters meaningful professional relationships between current Honors students and alumni mentors interested in sharing professional advice with students in fields related to their own. Students and mentors connect with each other monthly via email, phone, Skype, or even in person, as circumstances allow. The Honors Program facilitates and focuses these student-mentor partnerships by providing students with specific questions, guidelines, and monthly tasks to complete with their mentors. The topics of the monthly check-ins range from creating a resume to building a professional network, from interviewing effectively to using social media professionally.
Students can sign up for the 2020-21 program in late August 2020; more information about this year's mentors will be posted soon.
