Request Promotion and Tenure/Digital Measures Report:
University Honors Program Faculty Roles

We are pleased to offer faculty documentation of their work with Honors students for the purposes of promotion and tenure. Honors generates forms based on our records of Honors course instruction, contract and capstone mentoring, Book Lab leadership, faculty advisory board membership, Departmental Honors Advisor service, and other faculty roles.

Faculty submitting this form will receive within two weeks a formal PDF for inclusion in promotion and tenure dossiers (see general template for this PDF here).

As an added service, the University Honors Program also sends all information on the PDF directly to Digital Measures so that faculty do not have to enter Honors service themselves. We realize that the key times for faculty are in early fall semester (for promotion and tenure purposes) and early spring semester (for departmental annual review). Unless otherwise instructed, we submit information in bulk to Digital Measures bi-annually, on December 15 and May 15. If you need to make other arrangements, please work with our staff directly.
