Please click on the date below to pull up the scheduling calendar. Choose the date you would like to schedule an advising appointment and then choose from available time blocks. You will receive an email once the appointment has been made, and an additional email once the appointment has been confirmed by our office. 

When you come for your appointment please bring your:
1. Completed 4-year plan
2. Major Requirement Sheet (which can be found in the USU online catalog)

**All incoming Honors freshmen are welcome to make an appointment for their 4-year Advising Session after September 20th. We are more than happy to accept appointments for any other advising before this date.
