Meagan Call
Utah State University, Class of 2004

Meagan Call finished her USU undergraduate degrees in May 2004, having double majored in French and Business Marketing, and received Honors in Business Marketing and University Studies. As a high school student, Meagan lived with her family in Cairo, Egypt, for four years. She also studied French in Rennes, France, for a semester and served in Romania for eighteen months as a missionary for her church. Meagan is especially interested in international work and molded her studies at USU to make her skills marketable in the international community by focusing all of her departmental Honors contracts on international themes.
Meagan plans to study Eastern European/Romanian studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and "conduct research analyzing the root causes of economic successes and failures inherent in the economic and political transition of many counties in Eastern Europe." Meagan hopes that this research "will help facilitate the development of more responsive economic, political, and educational systems in Romania."
